I’m not sure of the ladies name sadly but the receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. Very grateful. Rooms were tidy spacious and clean.Rooms: Clean

Not a easy place to find in the dark i was not given a address just a name of a street. Being from Germany that was not much help. And parking is not easy one place across the road you have to pay or park miles away for free. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. But due to location and parking I would not stay

Parking not great, very central location. Seconds from seafront and shops. You have to use a lift or stairs to check in which is on the 1st floor
