I have visited this branch weekly for the past 2 years. Staff are generally available to help which is not my reason for giving 2*...On almost every visit to date, there has been a fault with AT LEAST one machine. Over time this becomes very frustrating; messages such as 'currently this machine is out of order...this machine is unable to complete your request...this machine currently will not accept coins/notes...' the list goes on! I don't blame shop floor staff, although I have spoken to the on two of my visits and they say they give feedback to head office - BARCLAYS HEAD OFFICE...seriously, do something with your machine software!!!

Never open a bank account here. I opened an account here. All went through and then only to be told 7 days later that my account is being closed for fraud and they took £200 of my money which I haven't got back. Even tho I proved who I was and that i was the account holder.

Tried to open ping it account and called help because it didn't work, the help I received was rubbish. Didn't bother in the end. Then!!! I receive 2 letters stating I have an account. Called the number again and they couldn't find my details I gave from the letter. So wouldn't speak to me anymore!!!!! Tried to phone a local bank and just diverted me back to Indian helpline. Soooo frustrated. 😡😡😡😡

Great staff! It's not all computer generated as people seem to think. I have never had an issue when I have needed help or advice.
