I have been today at Claire’s in Colchester town for a refund. I bought 6 products the other day and I went to bring back one item.The lady was closing the door to go outside for a fag and she asked me to wait for her to have her fag and then she will come in to deal with my refund.I have waited 5 minutes by the door... read full comment
