Not the best experience of the store today.The floor supervisor ( Natalie) certainly could do with further training on her customer service with a problem that I had, however a checkout member of staff (Crissie) was lovely and understanding.Visited the coffee shop to unwind, and I must say the coffee and scone was lovely.I then used the ladies customer toilets and the cubicle that I went in had used sanitary towels overflowing out of the bin.Such a nice shop that?s had a lovely refit being let down by some staff and cleanliness.

Alice helped two distressed customers (ourselves) with information on curtains, the varieties, and poles/tracks. She really did come to our aid when we would have walked out of the store because we weren?t able to decide on colours and the sizes weren?t perfect fits. She displayed a lot of patience and is able to explain herself so clearly, putting us at ease and ultimately saving the transaction we made. Not so much a store review, but one which hopefully gets back to her management team.Store in itself would receive four stars.

Waited 30minutes this lunchtime. I ordered a tuna melt panini. Never seen such a pitiful amount of tuna. I ordered a bowl of soup and roll. I was expecting a hard roll, what I got was a burger roll.. Will not set foot in the cafe again ever.

Pause awhile coffee shop should be wait a long while to be served 15 minutes. Rest of shop very good.

I want to also state how today?s businesses are not giving stable wages but money given based on commission. This means that people are paid based on how many applications they get, not for effort they give. They also manipulate symbols as if the businesses are genuine stores, not hideouts.I want to mention this: I do not like Ahlina and Leyla.

This store always feels a little messy compared to the other local ones. The general feel of it isn't as welcoming and the stock of items is alot more reduced in selection
