From March, the contract is 23 pounds per month, but 34 pounds is withdrawn every month, and no one in the store is responsible. Customer service does not respond and says it is related to the store.Customer service is very poor. Chris told me that you will receive a confirmation email in two weeks, but now £34 has been withdrawn from my account.

Can't speak highly enough regarding the service I received the other day. Ethan worked so hard securing me a new replacement S22 Ultra. Bought my previous one online 39 days ago. It developed a screen issue. But as the warranty was for only 30 days EE customer service said it would need to be sent back for repair. Thank you Ethan.

After on the phone to the 'helpline' for two days and getting nowhere. Contacted the store and spoke to Emma who solved the issue in 30mins! Absolutely amazing and she was friendly too- nothing like the helpline!

Difficult to get help. Telephone not always working and people hardly hear me on phone. EE always being repaired on my street. Expensive compared to Tesco
