The branch is fine. Staff helpfull and parking is fine. Its just the company that's the issue. I don't want to use them, but have to as my employer does. Every single door we order has manufacturing issues. Most windows and doors come in damaged and we refuse them and send them back. For plastics like trims and boards, the branch is perfectly fine and the delivery driver local is good as well. Sort out your window and doors please.

First time using Eurocell, I have to say the service is great, the guy behind the counter is as personable and very helpful and explained what I need.Will definitely use again.

Great prices for anything upvc related and more. Trims are half the price of what you would pay from any other DIY retailer and are twice the length. Outstanding customer service. Special mention to Tony and Terry who went above and beyond to help the other morning.
