I usually find hair appointments a bit awkward -and hair extensions take a while to put in - but the time flew by while chatting to Gemma.She really cares about her customers and will make sure to do the right thing by them and what’s best for their hair. She was very considerate regarding my natural hair as I wanted to grow it out so she blended it with the extensions rather than cutting it unnecessarily.
