Such an awful bank. No sign saying customer service. So hanging around looking for a staff member. Ended up seeing a random woman sitting at a huge table, with a tiny tablet. No name badge. Then got told to sit down. Along with the other 7 people waiting. After 20mins some young man came over, with the tiny tablet. No private room to talk. Just in front of the other people waiting. Such a huge space, used badly. Very tired chairs. No official customer service area. Really tempted to close my accounts.

Been there yesterday and I have to say that this branch lacks the minimum standards of being professional. Very disorganised, lady with green top was at the front with no name badge to display seem to be forced to come to work as her attitude towards customers is all passive aggression. I wanted to deposit a cheque but the way I was treated as a customer was shocking first they told me no need for queueing and I can just fill a form since it is international deposit then hand it to the lady at the front. When I approached the lady at the front she got really annoyed and told I need to go back to my original queue!!! This my experience but i have seen this lady at the front being rude to other people as well in a very passive aggressive way. Such a shame that Lloyds bank have now come to standard where customer service is almost non existent.

Not dog friendly which is fine by me if only they had a sign outside. They do not , which a lady I was dealing with inside would nearly argue with me over it.Get a grip????

Had to go to the branch in town as was unable to sort the problems with my accounts online and not able to access anyone on the phone but the girl in the branch was very helpful and sorted all for me.

Self service is not the future, it?s unpredictable, unreliable, and is a poor substitute, nearly always needing assistance from a human interaction, very nice welcome from a lady to try and transition changes away from the manned tills, today but it?s not for me at all it takes longer to queue at the self service than the faster moving queue for actual service! Having just lost the local branch on St Johns, accessibility and service is diminishing at quite a rate, would completely avoid if I could, but all banks are the same. It?s the staff and customers that suffer.

Since the bank dropped its Lloyds/TSB name, the company 'appears' to have gone back to type PRE Lloyds/TSB days. 'Appearing' Cold, aloof, judgemental and snooty. The lock-down and C19 issues, 'appears' to have been an excuse to bat customers into line ?Area manager telephone calls after any negative surveys 'appears' to be a brushing under the carpet exercise.'Some' (not all) of the most aggressive and rudest staff employed here on the planet.Long standing customers of 25 years plus, treated like absolute rubbish !They cannot take the slightest amount of critique going and customers are marked as trouble makers if any complaints are made.Horta-Osario has now left the company and they have Charlie Nunn from HSBC in control, we all know what happened there don't we ?Overseas students smashing the input machines up to high heaven, yet the locals that have supported this firm since the year dot are the ones picked on.One of them who thinks they are a tough cookie, constantly seen puffing cigarettes outside the back of the branch on breaks 'appears' to be the stereotype of how the business is going.Their attitude 'appears' as though the customer and the money is there for them and not vice versa. No formal address, no title, your spoken to akin to being stopped by a traffic cop in the poring rain !(Customer services or the area manager do not respond to this article). You've been told enough times before !
