Food was cold, even the cheese on my big tasty didn't melt. Then I took my son to the toilet who refused to go because of the state of it! I don't think I've actually been to decent McDonald's in Essex at all. Appauling!

Just bought a wrap and got it absolutely cold like from a freezer and my daughters cheeseburger was without cheese.... never come back again

Quick and easy with the new touch displays, normally somewhere to sit upstairs is pretty large. They also have a few tablets set up for kids on the ground floor. Never had an issue with service, waiting times or quality

Got the wrong food and the new system is just so bad. What once took 10 minutes, now takes 20. Staff look sullen and customers queueing up with me were equally fed up with how long everything takes. And what's with giving us pretty prepared drinks that are flatter than a newly poured one? Feels a little bit like we're getting drinks that were from other incorrect orders. All in all, pretty poor all round.

Breakfast wrap not on self serve screen
No 57 processed at the till after a que
No 59, 60, 67 and others served before me.
I witnessed manager(female) drop hash browns from a bag ... twice. Once hole in bag identified.....
Then, I had an egg less wrap
Its Breakfast in the High St guts, an event on in the town ....
Absolutely not as advertised ....
