Very poor service, had to wait 35 minutes after ordering for our food, short staff, team members called in sick we were told, but they did refund us, which when some way to apologise for the poor

We stopped by here for a bite to eat and a cuppa. Upon entering the staff near the door, he greeted us warmly, and we found an empty seat. The tables were clean, as was the floor too. The food arrived quickly and was freshly prepared and hot, too.The staff were polite and courteous, and the whole experience was pretty positive....

This McD's was very busy and the first screen we tried was faulty. Thankfully a member of staff noticed and payment was moved to the counter. Our food arrived quickly and with a smile. The order was right and the coffee was hot. Even though it was busy the front of house staff were keeping things tidy and flowing.
