Never ever helpful,you ask foe help and the tell you to ring 333 that is so dumb to me....and they over charge you when they feel like it,when my contract runs out I'm off.......

Someome managed to get a phone contract in my name. So what did three do to help? They messaged the email account that the scammer made who obviously said there is no problem so three put it through a debt collection agency. Did have my address but didn't seem to think to send me a letter. Been to fraud team (poilce sent three refrence numbers). Still havent heard nothing from three obviously to busy playing snooker. Been told to wait another 21 days again. affected my credit score for the last 3 months. Aslo and this did make me laugh, three said the phone is no longer in use, well done the scammer has got a free device and changed the sim (honestly how thick can you be) Im now seeking watch dog and news team to warn people about the lack of sequrity. Also im not aloud yo see any details on my account for data protection act but there happy for me to stress about it and pay up (whitch im not paying as i never set this up). Been to store over 3 times and to be honest the staff there are useless(just sales team) just like the custermer service phone line.

Absolutely useless.Day 1 - Visited store and asked for a new SIM card. Was asked to provide photo ID, Driver licence wasn?t accepted due to being from Australia. (Drivers licence was supposed to be ok). Fair enough, bit annoying, was asked for passport.Day 2 - Visited store, paid for parking again. Took time from our holiday to sort, armed with passport. Spoke to same person. Signed up on a new contract, all smiles as commission earned and able to be handled in store. Asked for esim, couldn?t be done as physical SIM already provided. Was told to call customer service as an esim couldn?t be provided in store.Decided to live with physical SIM, annoying swapping, but whatever.SIM didn?t work or register, and was not done correctly?. Someone taking ownership would be nice at this point. Customer service advised to visit branch as ?systems are changing at the moment?Day 3 - SIM didn?t work, parked and went back to store again. Rude staff, didn?t activate SIM. Fobbed to customer service, customer service sent to store. Merry go around continues.Asked to cancel everything, couldn?t be done in store?. Sign up can, cancellations can?t. Go figure? At this point someone needs to take ownership and fix the problem.Incompetent staff, offering various incorrect solutions.Avoid and use competitor, staff a joke at best.I?ll try customer service again, and raise a complaint?. At least a cancelled contract will mean less commission.

Terrible service and rude staff.A heavy guy work there, he did not just refuse help but ignored it. If you have a three SIM card problem, you better just call three than talk to him.He was not just speaking rudely but also give me the wrong information to send me away, which was different from what I heard from three on phone.And when another adviser helps me, he keeps interrupting. When he can not help me, he asks: why do you need a sim card?

Not really for this shop but the company generally. Cancelled my home broadband and they kept charging me! Trying to get refund via online chat as taken an hour so far and I have been passed between 4 different people. Don't sign up to home broadband with them as they never let you leave even when you are 2 years out of contract!!!!!

AmazingThe service I recived today was absoultly 5 star. I had recently lost my ophone and was in a bad place ,but Alexandra helped me find my way to a new one. she was patient and undertstanding and was a great help.Definetly recommend visiting this store.
