Very good shop, staff seem more polite than the staff in the similar shop opposite ??Always good for cheap paint brushes and cheap grinders. Always seem to have what I want on the shelf

I started using the Severals branch at the beginning of the lock down and now go out of my way to shop there. The staff are very helpful who recognise you as a regular customer and treat you accordingly. I must mention Julie and Karen, they are so helpful, sometimes when I do a click and collect, the ordered items are on the counter waiting when they see me approaching. Thanks, Bob Coote

Lovely store to walk into staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are well satisfied. Nice location with plenty of parking and store is always well presented and clean.Memebers of staff that are a real Credit to the company are Becky and Karen I always try to make sure that I pop in and get what I need when either one of them are working.Would recommend to anyone to use this store more then any other company or stores in colchester area.

As a lady DIY-er it can be intimidating going into larger stores. Knowledgeable staff who are friendly and patient with someone less savvy about these things really help out, especially lady staff such as Karen and Julie. Thanks a lot.

Went here to pick up something for the new home and Chris who was serving me was very helpful with finding all the items that i needed. Had to go back again the next day and had Chris again serve me to which once again was, quick, very friendly, recognised me and asked if the items i brought the other day worked, etc. Thank you Chris for the help!
