The female so called "tech adviser" (name began with J if my memory serves me correctly?) is stroppy and very uninterested. Customer service was non existent and she came across fake and not interested in being helpful at all.

Useless, went in with a problem connecting to internet and although the first member of staff tried to be helpful he went and got a so called technical person who was totally disinterested and did not make any effort at all, not even looked at phone or try anything. Talk about being blanked.

renewed my contract at this store last october, i had a FREE !! tablet with the new deal only to find out 6 months later it is costing me an extra £15 a month on my bill. Vodafone have asked me to revisit the store. However it is a 7 hour drive away as i renewed when on business there. A lesson learned i suppose. but you cannot even phone the store to argue the case as there is no viable number listed. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE, basically done like a kipper.

I've been a customer of Vodafone for 12 years now and standards from Vodafone have dropped dramatically. I am in a contract which i feel I pay good money, and I have always paid regardless of the amount due to I do use my phone alot for work arrangments and social meetings.
I went into financial difficulty and was unable to pay bills including my mobile phone. Thats when things started going wrong, Vodafone came pretty much the police. We want out money now and simply wouldn't listen to me whats so ever. Customer service is really shocking and diagusting.
I have now got a DRO and Vodafone, i have news for you, Your not getting your money ð???ð???ð???ð???.
I am now taking looking else where.
