Love waitrose coffee but this cafe is in need of an uplift. Very cold with the air-conditioning alway blasting out.Thats OK in the summer but in the middle of winter? Recently visited Sudbury branch and it has been given a face-lift with new benches, tables and chairs and decor. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.... read full comment
