“I really can't properly put into words how happy I am to have found Crofts, Dr Naeem, Chloe and Sara have all been amazing. Likewise the reception staff have always been super helpful and accommodating in arranging appointments for me as originally I was having to travel for around an hour to visit the practice.I'm a nervous patient, its partly the sound effects but more so let's say I have developed some trust issues having experienced both wonderful dentists and some that were less than so. I left my prior practice after a change of staff and management gave me a instinctual bad feeling.I can say without a shadow of a doubt I made the right decision and having now completed the treatment plan Dr Naeem prepared its absolutely apparent that the standard of care, attention to detail and professionalism I've seen at Crofts was a night and day difference to the practice I was at previously.The practice is in my view operating at an exceptional standard, if it were possible to leave a 10 Star review I most certainly would. Dentistry is technical, but to be honest I feel its equally a bit of an art form and the skill and precision in the work I've had done have literally put the smile back on my face!If like me, you're nervous or hesitant or have had bad experiences in the past then I would say just book an appointment and judge for yourself - for me, it felt pretty apparent from my initial consultation.I'm a technician by trade, so I would also just like to say that the quality of the equipment at Crofts is first class - 3D scanners, quality X-Rays at high resolution (my former dentist was working with a machine which looked like something from North Korea producing tiny blurry images) as with any technical work, you need the right tools for the right job and it was a relief to see this sort of tech in use.Thank you so much to the whole team, I can actually smile again without feeling ashamed and haven't had a dental related nightmare in months!
