Worst service ever. Opening hours in Web not aligned with actual opening hours, resulting in multiple failed visits so far. Certainly a business that seems to consistently fail to keep customers expectations in mind, rather seems to be driven by their own personal or organisational needs.

Attempt 1: arrive at time shown on missed delivery card. They're shut and have had new times for the past 5 months but not put them on the red cards yet.Attempt 2: They are open but can't find the parcel. We will call you.Attempt 3: They call to say parcel has been found. They fail to mention that they aren't actually going to be open during their published opening hours. Arrive to find a taped notice saying they are closed despite it being their official opening hours.Absolute waste of space. If only there was a way to not use them. :(

Just received the friendliest of phone calls about my redelivery. In my haste to get my package redelivered I stupidly entered the wrong door number!!! So grateful to the very kind soul working in the sorting office today (Tuesday 3rd August) for being so on the ball he spotted my error and called to confirm my actual door number. We then discovered at this point that the wrong delivery day had been put down (not my mistake this time) due to the website. All successful resolved without any trouble. Many thanks kind stranger for going the extra mile to make a customer very happy.

The web page shows this sorting office is open until 10:00 pm but at10:20 am they are closed. I suppose they will come up some lame excuse about covid or the wrong type of sunshine. Thankfully, I don't have to use this lame shower more than once a year.

Delivery service could be greatly improved and is inconsistent depending on who delivers your parcels. Hats off to the posties for their daily service but parcels and packages not being left in my safe place after claiming I am not answering the doorbell when it hasn?t been rung.This side of the delivery requires attention

Abysmal. I was the only person in the office. Only wanted to drop off a parcel. Had to ring the bell 3 times, frustrating when you can hear them chatting in the back. No apology for keeping me waiting.

Twice in recent months they claim to have rung the door bell at my home and no one . answered... Now one is left with the task of chasing after their parcel at the post office!
