Poor customer service skills. Person at front not listening to customer to be able to guide them to the right counter, therefore people needs to wait longer to different counters. Also I noticed staff walking around but nobody is actually doing anything for the customers which makes the waiting really long time!

Much the same as most other banks, sometimes queues sometimes none, helpful staff. Cash machines on the exterior for easy cash receipts

Went into Barclays today to have a card replaced as it expired and was told that I couldn't be attended to because they were "at full capacity" and "short of staff" to attend to only 3 customers. One male member of staff was utterly rude, unhelpful, unfriendly and provided very poor customer service. If this is how some Barclays staff treat customers, managers should seriously reconsider what type of people they are hiring.

Terrible customer service and the waiting times to be seen are beyond acceptable. I have banked with Barlcays for over twenty years and am saddened to say that I will be taking my custom elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!!!

The worst customer service, after one hour wait in the que outside with money in the pocket to deposit, they come after 1h lunch break with no excuses and no tell you a word to leave the que or not waste your time.everyone in the branch is busy doing nothing from 10 am to 3 pm. Good job barclays you save lives.

Went into the branch to open an account for my son as I bank with barclays, looked up online on what I need and says go into a branch with his birth certificate was all I needed, got turned away and told to come back 2 weeks later and need to book an appointment even tho it was empty and there was 6 members of staff walking around.
