Don?t bother booking flu jab appointments they cancelled mine 3 times 4th attempt I turned up as not cancelled and they cancelled it saying no pharmacist ? don?t waste your time this branch may as well be closed.

Today I came to Boots for help as my GP was fully booked. I needed urgent help and wonderful pharmacist lady and pharmacist supervisor helped me when I was hopeless. I highly recommend this pharmacy, very helpful people working there. Thank you so much

I went there to buy Dioralyte and because i couldnt find it on the shelf i asked help from the Store Manager..She went to the shelve and got the one with the 20 sachets for 11.99.There was another option there which i didnt saw it for 3.99 with 6 sachets.She didnt asked me which one i want.i paid and went out.Came back after not more than 5 min because on their website you have the option for 6 sachets and when i asked to change she said that she cant because on the back of the receipt is saying that medicine cant be exchanged.I said that when i asked for this medicine she didnt told me what options i have but she didnt care and was keep repeating like a robot that on the back on the receipt it says she cant exchange it..didnt matter for her that was 5 min ago because she said i left the store and from the moment i left the store she cant exchange it..I work i sales and i recognize when someone doesnt care..shame from a store manager to have such a dismissal attitude..
