The black Young lady with glasses at the the front was impeccable!!!she needs a pay rise ASAP!the customer service was on point and took care of us with all her love ensuring we all had a full stomach .we absolutely need more people like her in the world and I hope that someone higher up recognises her efforts!if you see this sorry I couldn't catch your name.

Had a lovely meal in Chopstix Lakeside. Best food we've had! Also thanks to the lovely team there who made sure we were okay, specially Sayada was amazing and great while serving , she's so friendly .

Really loved their food, especially salted pepper chicken with egg fried rice and tariaki beef, proper amount of flavour and spice. We were served by the amazing lady on the tills alled Fatema. Very happy with the food and service, will be going more often ?

I have been having chopstix for more than 10 years. Today is the worst experience I had. The noodles were slimy, smelt funny mouldy and over boiled and we got literally 3 pieces of chicken each with small box. The lady in till was more interested in speaking with her colleague rather than answering questions. Horrible experience . Hopefully it does not reflect the overall chopstix quality and only this particular branch.

I?m honestly very impressed by the service I received here. We were greeted and served by sayada. She was very kind, extremely patient and very friendly. She let us know what options there were available, the specials and overall had a really positive attitude. I was very happy with the service we received here thanks to Sayada.One of the things that I really liked about this restaurant was that everything was Halal and the quality is just amazing.ThanksNashrin

Made an order through Ubereats, took ages but that's uber eats issue. The issue is the quality of the food, it tasted awful. Sweet and sour chicken woth egg fried rice tasted nothing how it's supposed to taste, churros were rock hard and chewy, the caramel sauce that came with it tasted like watery sugar. Never

Today I went there in the morning, where I bought some chicken curry and some sweet and sour chicken curry. The food quality was topclass and onething i definitely have to mention that their customer service. I was served by a women called Fateha she was very nice to me.

The food was great- delicious.But the service was so rushed. The woman rushed our orders and got it wrong. There was no one else in the queue so no reason to rush. Then she was moaning.Please kindly tell the workers to be kind and no reason to rush when there?s no queue aswel. Maybe have a smile, it does wonders.
