“Great place to take spoilt kids who have expensive taste and require something more bespoke than the stuffed toys you would get in Smyths Toys.A basic "bear" with one outfit can be had for around £30, but the staff are great at upselling lots of optional extras such as a heart that apparently is sewn into the "bear", a scent sachet, sound module, and even a "birth certificate".All these options (the birth certificate in particular) are garbage... the voice module will have you wishing the battery fails quickly, the scent is so deeply recessed that you can't smell it, and the heart.... why bother? But what's and extra £30 to put a temporary smile on your kids' faces huh? :DThe "bears" are not necessarily bears and could be a cat or a rabbit or anything.... well maybe not something cool like a gecko or praying mantis, but 4 legged fluffy things.Aside from a few negatives, if you're in the market for a bespoke(ish) cuddly toy, this is your place!”

“Ordered a suit for a wedding with a very quick turnaround, Nick could have not been more helpful ordering a gorgeous Ted Baker suit. Unfortunately a comms issue between DPD and Moss bros meant the suit was not delivered on time, luckily we had a spare but moss bros were brilliant when it came to trying to track the item despite the fact that the poor bloke had been screamed at all day and ultimately refunding in full. Could not apologise more. Would definitely go back - hopefully all the issues are resolved!”

We came earlier for a pair of uggs that another team member said we can only purchase off the shelf, it had been worn by others and we couldnt justify buying it full priced when it was clearly worn/used.
