Menpreet is just rude. Bought a syrup and the wrong price was on the label. I queried it in which I got told ?no. It will be a different product? in which I said no it said £4.29. He then went no. £4.99. In which I paid. I don?t appreciate being told I?m basically a liar when it says it in the label. Then has to wait for the refund. So not ideal. Considering he?s part of management. He didn?t handle the situation well nor did he listen when I said it was the wrong price. Manpreet was very rude. And when we did speak to him he was on the phone and walked to the syrup. And was looking there for ages like he was trying to prove us wrong then looked very upset he couldn?t. Not once did he apologise either.

I visited the Lakeside store today with my elderly grandmother to exchange her iPad case. We entered the store, and tried to find another suitable case ourselves, but we couldn?t find the desired product so we asked a member of staff. He responded that he was unable to help us as he was new, and offered no further solution. We then approached the returns desk and were left standing and waiting for 15 minutes. I approached Louise on the support counter, who appeared to be free, asking politely if there was anyone who could support us to save further waiting. Her tone was blunt and dismissive, stating that she was helping another customer and would help afterwards. However, I could overhear the conversation with the ?customers? who were leaning over the counter and informally chatting whilst we had been left waiting. In this time, we could have been served by Louise and saved my grandmother from feeling like a burden and wanting to leave the store altogether. It wasn?t until we were approached (as the returns queue was growing) by the Sales Manager, Charlie, that we received any help. Charlie was very informative, knowledgable and talked my grandmother through the products she purchased as she had expressed feeling unsure about technology. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service provided by staff until a manager was proactively involved. The handful of staff we did have dealings with were dismissive and rude, and this will deter me from purchasing from and visiting this store again.

Staff friendly but none wanted to help. In fact staff that helped tutted started to walk over stopped and helped another customer. Item wanted was out if stock didn't know when it would be in stock. Said it could be ordered on Internet said okay can you do that please. Said do it yourself. 300 lost sale. Sounds like curry's be next store out of business. Argos ordered in for me came next day.
