“Haven’t been to game in years but wanted an Xbox and they had them in stock with some nice offers. The store’s kept that cool 90’s video game store feeling, major nostalgia. Had some technical issues with the offer/till but the staff were really helpful, friendly and professional. Can only recommend. Don’t buy online and give them a try.”

“Cex is one of my favorite places in Grays. Buying brand new games, of any kind, can be expensive, even for the older model consoles. Thankfully, Cex is a great place to come and get something for cheaper. Not only can you buy older preloved games here, but they also have a lot of games and accessories for the newest game consoles, which is massively helpful when you want to get a lot of things for someone's birthday and Christmas without breaking the bank. Not only do they sell game-related stuff, but also second-hand mobile phones and add-ons for consoles. They sell Apple products and watches; it's just a great place to buy fun things for cheaper.Moving on to customer service, every time I have gone to the store, the people working here are always cheerful and seem to have a large knowledge and interest in what they are selling. It's great being able to ask questions if you are lost and get answers because the people working there have a love for the games they sell or simply have an interest in it. They feel very approachable and down to earth, which makes talking to them easier, and you don't feel stupid if you don't know much about PS5 or Xbox. Overall, I have had nothing but great experiences in the store, and I will carry on returning whenever I have free time.”
