“I want to write about a specific Iceland Store. I don’t normally shop online but I have this time for Christmas. The Grays store in Essex have been tremendous. My delivery came on time but there were a few items that were missing. I made a call to the store and spoke to Joe who made sure I had my missing items delivered. They hadn’t gone out in the van on the 2nd delivery and so he personally dropped them off on his way home. What a fantastic service and keeping me up to date with call and text message”

“It has been ten years since I visited Grays Morrisons and it has a huge range of fresh and pantry produce. This is a major supermarket in the heart of Grays serving those who cannot make the journey to the supermarkets in or near Chafford Hundred. Now as in most supermarkets there are only three or four manned tills as opposed to dozens of self service ones.”
