I would give you 0 stars if I could. Went into the bank today, no clients, just me and the staff. They were very happy NOT to help me. They just pointed the cash machine that I have to use and sit there having their chat... like ,, I'm not going to give any customer advice...,, . Very rude staff. Never used a cheque machine before, so I needed some help, but looks like all three of your staff are just more comfortable to sit there doing nothing but laughing about clients.

The agent name Karen, was missing 8 min, and she didn?t want to serve me, saying that she need to worry to close the branch. Well when you have the door open you still need to serve the customer and don?t need to be rude!This happen in Lakeside Shopping centre!Take more care how you treat the customer if you not able to attend then do another job or take some holidays but don?t talk like this with someone!

Not a bad HSBC Branch. The ladies that helped me with Banking on my phone were polite and couldn't do enough for me. This location however, is very basic, offers limited HSBC services and is without a physical counter - however this does not affect me

I'm sure the staff are lovely but it doesn't offer a 'cash desk' so a complete waste of time if (like me) you want access to your money.HSBC please differentiate your branches.

One word - Incompetent. Something which was really straightforward and should have taken 5 mins took 40 mins. The representative was struggling for literally everything and took help from other staffs for everything while I was patiently standing there watching her fail multiple times. It was frustrating. AVOID this branch if you can.

I really loved HSBC but lately their actions are terrible. Why on Earth would you take away the express bank machine and limit people's access to the service?
