Anthony the manager, needs training in customer service, needs to understand that it is rude to not even stand up from his seat when serving, should know what advice to give when a customer has an issue and when challenged on his attitude to stop trying the argue like a child.\\n\\nDon't worry I have emailed your complaints department and sent to your social media links, as you have suggested in your other review response, he seemed to not even care that I was going to follow up with a complaint.\\n\\nAbsolutely disgusted with the service received from Anthony! His colleagues don't seem to think much of him either, however your phone customer service restored my faith in O2 and his colleagues who were helpful. Never had to deal with O2 face to face in 20 years being a customer, that was a painful experience.

Poor customer service experience. The Store Assistant seemed more concerned with texting on her phone inbetween dealing with my problem - very, very unprofessional! Transfered through to Customer Services from inside the store - store couldn't get in to my account due to the updating of their systems! The Customer Service line was absolutely terrible, I could hardly her the lady due to background noise and a very quiet voice. Coming from Witham to the Lakeside Store - I'd rang Customer Services earlier this week but eventually hung up, the lady could not 'understand' my problem - only compounded my frustration.\\nPleased my contract is finishing soon - after 20+ years as a o2 customer I've had enough and going to give another network a crack.

Spoke to an amazing guy today, unfortunately I didn't get his name. Very helpful and personable. Took the time to understand my needs and went out of the way to make sure I had the right phone and tariff. He explained everything well and answered my questions knowledgeably. The whole process of getting a new phone went very smoothly and was handled professionally.

I was very disappointed. I didn't buy a phone and didn't sign any contract. The service was a horrible person throwing gums like a cow (literally) talking to me as a punishment. Reading the offers, we were not asked to sit down, we had to stand. I felt unwelcome. I've been in O2 for 9 years. I am going to change to a different operator.

I was looking at the possibility of buying a replacement phone. Not a contract. Just a phone. Nope. According to the staff here, they can only sell it \\\"on\\\" contract or with a sim plan...\\nSorry guys.. uh oh.\\nDefinitely a lost sale there....

I went in to change my airtime supplier 'virgin' since they start ed using the Vodafone mast's , I've had a bad signel the O2 chap who signed me up was very helpful and I got a good deal .

Assistant manager Graham is not trained for his job and is very rude, unhelpful, lazy and everything else you can imagine from a poorly chosen assistant manager. He left me waiting over 1.5 hours to return a phone which was collected from his store the day before. He made me call customer services myself on the phone to them back and fourth, with them agreeing with me after all. Over 1 hour later, he decided to try another till. He then tells me ?at least I?m returning it for you now!? Like he?s doing me a favour! Rude and unapologetic. Graham did not even apologise once for the inconvenience and his laziness. Other staff members provided the incorrect information constantly about not being able to take returns and were also rude and unhelpful. The lady specifically said they DO NOT DO RETURNS. How did they manage to do it over 1 hour later? They barely spend time on the shop floor as they are constantly standing in the doorway of the back room laughing and giggling with one another, not caring about customers needs. Unprofessionalism at its finest, if only I could rate it 0 stars. Extremely poor representation of o2.

Disgusting customer service, I wanted to look at few iPhones as I wasn't sure what size or colour I wanted to upgrade it to, the staff members weren?t helpful at all, the concierge in the front just looked like he needed a nap.\\nWent to the apple store instead and received excellent service.

Went in with an extremely frustrating and difficult situation with my device and a couple of the guys were extremely polite, helpful and patient. Russell was the person I spoke to last and his solution and customer service were amazing. Thank you!
