1st visit to this branch and 1st visit in any Pizza Hut post covid. The salad bar has improved beyond recognition since my last visit, which was greatly reduced and not fit for purpose. Now a good selection of many good salady items!! The pizzas on the buffet were constant, fresh and all good, as were the pastas too. If the area leading to the gents toilets had been better I would have given 5 stars, however this is awaiting attention(or so the sign said). Unlimited drinks were good and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was pleasantly busy. I will now return to Pizza Hut again and suggest if you've not visited for a while, try it.

I would give zero stars if I could. The lack of compassion from the company when my partner burnt his lip and got a blister from the food, that the staff didn?t tell us the desert was too hot it was disgusting. We wasn?t after free food it was more of the fact our two year old could have got hold of it. I don?t like companies that would rather take the money than care about there customers.

Came on a Sunday for 2 buffets and two drinks. £34.90. I found this expensive for what we got. The restaurant is dark, cramped and needed a good clean, you can?t pay by cash, have to order by phone, I didn?t leave a tip because I served myself. The pizza was ok but all tasted the same, wouldn?t return. Staff looked like they were just going through the motions, no effort was really made. A lady at a nearby table asked for a mug of hot water to warm some baby milk, the waitress told her no, she couldn?t bring it to the table as she wasn?t allowed? weird.

Ordered online and had to throw it in the bin due to it being way under cooked the pizza base was white and was missing toppings also missing sides and missing ice cream with the dessert? Spoke with Cathy the manager and she told me I can tell her it's undercooked and item's missing all I want but she ain't going to help? This is discrasefull my kids were gutted I can't believe this. This place needs shutting down its a con and a discrase.

I stopped here for a bite to eat at lunch time was very well looked after by Georgina wow what a breath of fresh air the young lady is most polite very helpful great customer service a BIG credit to the company the place was busy but she was polite helpful so Georgina a massive big thank you for a great lunch today sat by the window 1pm table 16 so if you looking for great service and apolite young lady you got to go there thank you once again 100/100 stars love mr cheeky Xx

Tommy who met us at the door, provided the perfect table and outlined the menu options was what made the entire experience once of the best birthday celebrations.\\n\\nDefinitely returning for such excellent service and food.

More than met expectations, staff really were helpful and made us feel welcome, food good as always one of the main places we can take our daughter and she will actually eat and enjoy

We've been here a few times and sometimes had breakfast muffins an sometimes all day breakfast muffins - we like it! There is a big choice of fast food - something for everyone. The large space is clean and well spaced and the service efficient. You order on the scree as you arrive and wait for your food to be ready at the counter. Lots of comfortable seating available. Small outside area, but no shades.

An absolutely disgusting will not except legal tender of this country.. sorry not everyone wants to pay by card.. sometimes cards ar lost stolen or broken..I will definitely not be going again

It?s So expensive to eat in the restaurant. It?s cheaper to order a Pizza Hut for home delivery and use dealbot.\\nKids pizza meals are so tiny! And the brownies were rock hard. The staff were really nice and friendly though and very helpful but with all the rising bills these days we definitely won?t be eating in a pizza hut restaurant again.

Came here for the lunch buffet - although the pizzas were yummy and hot, spent quiet a while waiting for them to be refilled. No staff were wearing masks - was a thing at the time. Staff walking around with extremely long hair not tied back, tables crammed in and cramped, chairs are the sort you sit in and fall through. Place was dated run down and grubby. Toilets were filthy, trashed - I know not their fault but should be monitored clearly not! Staff seemed clueless and unhelpful. We waited a ridiculous time for 2 spoons so my kids could eat Their ice cream. Staffing seemed a bit of a shambles! I can understand being low staffed but don?t take tables if you can?t cope with them.

Should not be allowed to sell such filth. Tried classic burger meal and hotdogs meal. Burger tasted like lard had one bite spat it out and went home to be sick.Partner tried hotel an did the same both at home vomiting. Never will return should be shut down as soon as possible.

Royally ruined my daughters birthday party. booked table for 10, when reached they said internet is down, cant accept cash so can't make us seat. WHY CANT YOU CALL if you services are down? BIG DISAPPOINEMT. useless staff and manager. I would never recommend anyone
