They have an appointment system like you get there, got your number, and when a staff member is free, they call the next number so cool! We came earlier for a pair of uggs that another team member said we can only purchase off the shelf, it had been worn by others and we couldnt justify buying it full priced when it was clearly worn/used. “I feel that the shop was very tidy, however do need to more mirrors around the shop as I was trying to put a jacket on and there were hardly any mirrors around!Apart from that, I was very happy with my exchange item as I was helped by a lovely staff member called Mariam. She was very kind and attentive and helped me straight away as they didn’t have my size I wanted in stock. She very quickly called me over to the till and ordered my size online straightaway. She was very bubbly and caring ”
