Today's visit was as awful. Cages full of stock blocking nearly every aisle, a spillage on the floor which had been surrounded by cones etc preventing access completely to one of the freezers, staff pushing cages around, forcing customers to move from where they are looking at items. Absolutely awful. I also find a good few of the staff in this store to be rude and to have very poor customer service skills. Disappointed. Samantha middle age, staff member always on till is a wind up merchant and a racist.

You nearly always have to wait for fuel as half them are pay at pump only (some bright spark managers idea no doubt) people don't want to do that as they also want to do a weekly shop as well.So usually it means at least a 10 to 15 min wait to get served at the tills. Which isn't helped by the fact there's normally 1 on the till while everyone else stocks the tesco shelves up again. It's really frustrating ?. But the staff are very polite and helpful.

Traffic lights system in very annoying, the petrol pumps never have receipt paper, absolute waste of time if you run your own business, receipts are very important. And if you want people to were masks, then they should be provided for free at all businesses, why should the consumer have to pay.

You can find what you need most of the time, it's a good little store for convenience. Parking is limited. There is usually a queue to get in but I've never had to wait very long

On whole it?s a great well stocked shop, pumps can be a pain to get on, but my biggest compliant/comment would be that when there is a que, a quick jab of the bell to get help is not enough, staff need to be quicker in there approach to jumping on the tills, don?t just stand there looking at us all getting impatient, use your head, speed up and open a bloody till!!!

This is possibly the worst tesco express in the country. They are polite and courteous, but most of the time too polite. Always a huge q with the till ladies/gents having a chat with each other and the customer at the till! Normally only 1 till ever 9Open too!Terrible speed. Like some others have said previously give yourself half hour to get in and out.

Worst garage ever , only have 2 pumps which isn't pay at pump and the 2 you can pay at kiosk either out of order or somebody parks over them while shopping, dont know why you don't have the option to pay at kiosk on all pumps like other petrol stations

It's brilliant for fuel as it's the only local petrol station with pay at pump facilities.. but I wish other customers would use the stacks of parking spaces after fueling up.. and free up the pumps.... it's selfish to leave a vehicle on a useable pump while you go shopping... also the covid measures in place..ie traffic light system is great...

My 2 friends, aged 23 and 22 was refused alcohol because they didnt look 25! Well of course they dont because they aren't but when I went to buy it for them, they then refused me too because I was going to give it to them! Who made Tesco and the job worths working there in charge of the british law re: the purchase of cigarettes and alcohol age limit! And why wasnt I allowed to buy it? Only 4 days previously the same 23yr old was served with cigarettes and alcohol and all the staff said when I challenged them with this they shrugged their shoulders and said 'he shouldn't of been' bloody ridiculous.
