I needed a new freezer. Dave is down to Earth found the freezer I wanted off the shelf and helped me to load it into my estate car. No fuss which is just how I like it.

I would also give 10/10! 100% satisfied with the customer service from Dave and the team. I bought an iron online on Thursday afternoon, and it was delivered on Friday morning. Excellent service, from Essex to mid-Wales overnight. Even the mega companies would be challenged to match this!

10/10 if I could give it. Such a shame there are a number of fake reviews on here, they?re utter rubbish.We came on a Saturday for a fridge freezer. That place is like a tardis, lots of great stuff in there and he couldn?t be more helpful, installed it Monday afternoon on time and took out ancient old ones awayAbsolutely brilliant!

Where do I start? If I could give zero stars I would. There is so much wrong it would be impossible to cover it comprehensively without writing an essay. I'll do my best to summarise.1. Shoddy work.The broken fridge door which he spent half an hour fixing, and for which he charged over £100, partially broke again barely two hours later.2. Even shoddier attitude.Arrived with no PPE, and when politely asked if he would be so kind as to wear it, said abruptly "No." Just an abrupt "No", not an explanation, nor a "Sorry, but I don't." I politely explained to him that both my mother and myself are classed as clinically vulnerable, and he shrugged and said words to the effect of it not being his problem. My mother was the one paying -- if it had been me, I would have asked him to leave.Upon him finishing the job, I politely asked him if there was a reason he didn't wear PPE. He became argumentative, snapping that it "wasn't up for discussion", and turning the blame onto me (neglecting to recall that my mother was the one who booked him) for booking him if I was so concerned about covid, which is ludicrous on so many levels. I was still trying to be nice, so let it go.When loading his gear back into the car, he tried to barge past me to get back into the house. I had no idea this was because he'd left his tools in the kitchen, and he didn't offer any explanation until pressed, then ordered me to move out the way unless I wanted him to breathe on me. I asked him to please not address me as if I were a child, to which he said "Then stop behaving like one".I said "Do you think that's the correct way to address a customer?" and he refused to answer me. He then refused to acknowledge me until he left.This is completely unacceptable behaviour.Buyer beware.
