I came into your store the other day and was greated by a lovely lady called Lucy. She was very polite and spent alot of time helping me with my product issue. You need more colleagues like Lucy i hope she gets recognised by this.

Visited this store on Saturday 30th Sept. Noticed there are no seats available even though there is plenty of room in store for a seating area. You must make reasonable adjustments for disabled people and anyone else who needs a seat for any apparent reason. This is totally unacceptable!! More the point is how are Argos getting away with this!!

Dear Argos,I recently had the displeasure of speaking with one of your customer service assistants BYRON at your Harlow Essex location. Let me tell you, this person was the epitome of incompetence, arrogance, rudeness, disrespect, and an utter lack of knowledge . I sincerely hope that your management team is reading this review because it is imperative that they dismiss this individual to save your company from the harm he is doing to customer relations.Where do I even begin? First of all, BYRON clearly had no idea what he was talking about. I asked a simple question about a product and they responded with a blank stare and a shrug. I mean, isn't it their job to know about the products they sell? Apparently not.And then there was the arrogance. This person acted as if they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking for their help. How dare I interrupt their day with my silly questions, right?The rudeness was just the cherry on top. This customer service assistant spoke to me as if I were beneath him. He was short with his responses and gave off a vibe that screamed "I don't have time for you." I mean, I'm sorry that I'm inconveniencing you by patronizing your store and asking for your help.And don't even get me started on the disrespect. This pathetic customer service assistant talked down to me and made me feel belittled. I don't know what kind of training he received, but it clearly didn't include the basic principles of treating customers with respect and dignity.Overall, my experience with this particular customer service assistant BYRON was beyond frustrating. I left the store feeling angry and disrespected. Argos, I implore you to take action and dismiss this individual before he inflicts any more damage to your company's reputation. Trust me, it's for the greater good.

Argos harlow retail park is a super store,very spacious with numerous stocked quality products,the pay and collect option is easy,the ladies at the desk were very professional and helpful with my purchase,Big Thankyou?

Manager of Argos, i have a bit of advice, for customer satisfaction please don?t hire UGLY members of staff! Walked into your store and almost puked up my lunch and pooed out my dinner, that girl needs to be fired, luckily you still get full stars for an average service and a very handsome young man and blonde girl welcoming me to your store. Also very easy wheelchair access for those paralysed neck down, thank you for the consideration.

Very spacious store, ideal for wheel chairs and buggies. Friendly and attentive staff. Ideal if you have ordered online and simply collecting which is very quick and simple. Large car park alongside with free parking but if you are tempted to browse in Dunelms or Home Base note that free parking is a maximum of 3 hours.

This is one of the best location to shop... apart from the no longer sleeping police ramps. More like dead police! This is the preferred location for the numbing idiot brigade who sneak out at night to do donuts with there parents cars or who feed nox into both there cars and themselves just to rev! And engine? ?????? more like a wunch of num nutts.... no wonder the speed ramps are so high... but it doesn't stop them congregating ???????????
