Opening a basic bank account! My mother was yesterday to the bank and they told her to come the next day with different doc. and today when she was again they told her that they don't accept the doc. that they said they accept! People from barclays should be paid by how nice they behave with they're clients! Very dissapointing. Bad service.

Highly unprofessional staff! They waste your time and they make you wait although you have appointment. They give you wrong information and act like they don't care to actually help you out. I've talked to 2 women about opening a bank account, and they gave wrong information. They don't have any interest in helping people.I don't recommend this bank to anyone. Barclay,'s Water Gardens....what a joke!

Had awful experience today.Needed to print a statement.The man in front of me used ALL the paper up!!!!tried all three machines none of them worked.Spoke to a lady,said she would get it filled up.so went to do my shopping,thinking it would be sorted by time I'd finished.NO it had not been sorted,had to wait another fifteen minutes in the queue to be told I'd have to wait still for paper to be put in the machine.Sort it out people,you had four staff surely at start of day new paper should be put in.its not difficult.It was only 12noon.disgraceful.so hard to get decent service

had 4k missing from my account,been in the branch twice,spoke with 3 different people and they all said ?it s weird,we dont know where the money are?. i m keep struggling to find out what happened and where are my money! they dont even deserve the 1 star!

I went in with a unique problem, and the ladies at Barclays managed to resolve the issues I had, they were 100% committed in helping me and demonstrated a extremely high level of customer support and efficency. I only wish I could remember all of their names (Victoria was one). But I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all..cannot say anything negative..fantastic team.

Depending upon which day and which staff member you see you are told conflicting information. Two local branches have closed ,the main branch cannot seem to cope with extra workload.

I´m really disappointed with the Barclays Bank service. Me and my wife wanted to open an euro account at the Harlow Water Gardens branch, went several times there and ended up not opening it because have been waiting for so long to be seen by someone! I have tried on line as well and have asked me for my mothers maiden name. This is something I have never provided to Barclays so ended up unsuccessful.
