Service from start to finish was exemplary. The delivery guys that arrived were polite and courteous. They talked through a couple of issues they might have as the bed components are extremely large. I agreed to go ahead with their solution and everything went well.They were both fast and efficient, clearing up after themselves as they went.

I had many text/emails informing me of what day and what time my delivery would be between which is good. In the messages I was told I would get a phone call 30 minutes before delivery of which I didn?t have. My delivery slot was between 7am and 8am which is early but I wasn?t expecting them to be knocking on my door at 6.40 am.

While the service was good, I was not informed by anyone while I was placing the order, going through the order or after I had paid, that I only had 24 hrs to cancel the order to be able to receive a full refund, anytime after this then Bensonsforbeds would take 20% of what I had paid, this is also not in their terms and conditions when I called customer service as well as the branch, the reason I was asking is that the waiting times for the bed was so long (next year 2022)

Because there is such a wide choice of bedroom furniture to choose from at reasonable prices. I found exactly what I was looking for. The service offered was very good.

Currently having the worst experience with this company. I bought 2 mattresses and mattress protectors (up to £30 each) and then realised they were cheaper in Home Sense (£12 each) - so went to bring them back. The manager refused to accept them, saying we could have opened the bag (even though she knew we had bought the protectors and the mattresses the previous day and wouldn?t have opened the protectors as we hadn?t received the mattresses yet). So I asked to just cancel the whole order as I didn?t like the problems caused so far. I was then told if I cancelled I would lose 20% of the order value - this wasn?t mentioned anywhere and also isn?t mentioned in the terms and conditions - so now I have a long battle ahead to get my money back - I really don't want to continue any sale with this company - it's just been a complete nightmare.

Because from the sales to the delivery it went like clockwork. We were kept informed all the way. With email and text messages,then on the day of delivery phone calls telling us when you're van would be here.
