Poor service!I bought a fit bit watch for my kid, which is not connecting to his phone, kid didn't had a chance to use it over the Christmas, once I pop in to Curry's for an advice - they told me come back on January 10th- explaining that they are too busy to help me out!!!! I was willing to give back this item if so, but again, they refuse to have it back. Fraud. Who will compensate my kids tears? Harlow Curry's - think before you purchase there

I bought a fridge freezer and after the delivery arrived, three gentlemen said they wouldn't carry it because there were too many stairs (32 stairs). When purchasing in the store, I informed that the apartment was on the second floor and was told that it was not a problem. The delivery service men were very unpleasant and very lazy. My wife and I carried the fridge freezer to the second floor, this was the last time I bought anything from this store.

I went into store today to purchase 2 items a dyson hair dryer and an expresso machine. One of the employees went to the back to get me hair dryer. I was waiting for about 10 minutes. In the mean time I was browsing the espresso machine and I noticed one of your employees called TREVOR (short, big built, approximately 50 years old, white, short grey hair) starring at me and as soon as he noticed me starring at him. He turned his back to me, then indicated to another employee (making it VERY obvious I must add) and was pointing at me. The other employee, the other supervisor in charge at the time (approximately mid 20s, short flat black hair). He came over to TREVOR and TREVOR was whispering something to him, pointing at me and they both proceeded to walk towards the exit door and stood there whilst starring at me from the corner of their eyes. It wasn?t until the other employee came over with the product I purchased. They then moved away from the exit door.This was truly embarrassing. Rather than approach me and ask me if i needed any assistance they started profiling me and stereotyping me. There were multiple people around me who probably noticed travor behaviour.I was wearing jeans and a red jacket. I stood out like a sore thumb, I highly doubt if I was trying to steal I would be dressed like that.We are in 2023 and it's a shame that things like that still happens. I didn't even buy the expresso machine because I wanted to get out of the store as fast as I can.I had the store supervisor starring at me, making me feel uncomfortable and then calling other employees to watch the door as if I am about to steal something.To make it worse I asked for the store managers details and the GM and no one gave me their details.

Doesn't honor warranties, made up "policies" on the spot and tried to argue that we needed to interpret the warranty not take it for what it actually said. Only decent thing about the store was a nice man who was moving orders from the back who chatted to us

Bought 4 kitchen appliances when I moved: a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher. Lorraine was lovely and put together a bundle for me. It was delivered and installed shortly after. The cooker turned out to be faulty but they have exchanged it for me quickly. The replacement got damaged during delivery but they have quickly re-arranged for another one. The dishwasher had a broken leg but again the in store colleague has sorted a replacement for me. I know I haven't had much luck with the appliances but Curry's colleagues were lovely and helpfull. I would buy from them again.

You really need to invest in your in store advisors product knowledge, very hard to find people that actually know about the products and key features / differences. I came in to buy a £900 tablet and after watching multiple people walk past deliberately avoiding approaching me I decided to seek out help and approached them, when I eventually did get someone they and their team mates were unable to answer some really basic questions and as such no purchase made. If you don't invest in your people how do you expect to delight and retain your customers?

Don't go there after 5.30 pm .They are closing at 6 pm on Saturday. The staff is just waiting to go home. Is anyone from the management can see it. We want there to buy something quickly but it wasn't possible . The next day delivery was absolutely fantastic on Sunday morning .
