We were unfortunate enough to buy a bike from them. The brakes on the bike had not been adjusted properly; they rub against the wheel. The store is about 30 miles away from us. What a pain!

Nice friendly staff. Bought an £800 bike and they forgot to fit reflectors and set the gears prior to my leaving with the bike! I did get properly set up for correct riding position on a turbo trainer though. They fitted my peddles and didn't give me my cleats! I have to return to get these issues sorted. ð???
