Does not matter what time you come or what for. They are so slow. Have a lot of staff on but if you come you will be waiting for 20-30 minutes?

as someone who is nervous of doctors and hospital, it took me a lot of courage to attend the pharmacy to seek help for my infected thumb. it was incredibly painful and gave me a tingling and burning sensation for a week priorthe pharmacist told me ?grow up and push it out (the puss) and bath it in dettol?. this was said in front of a shop full of people, i felt so silly for wasting their time. following the pharmacists advice, i done this regularly for several days. my symptoms worsened and was now making me physically sick due to the sensation and heat of the thumb. i visited the doctor, who was appalled at the advice the pharmacist gave me, the doctor informed me of the spread of the infection to me entire hand and how close i was to sepsis. i was prescribed antibiotics.i am severely appalled at the treatment i was given at this pharmacy. 3 weeks after attending the pharmacy i am still battling the infection. i will not be returning to the pharmacy.*the picture attached is three weeks after the incident

I came in today to get my flu jab, the lovely chap named Noor was very welcoming. I?m so impressed with how gentle he was, I didn?t feel a thing! He even offered to check my blood pressure. I definitely will be coming back and recommending my family members too. Thank you Noor!

worst pharmacy in Harlow. One of the employees who previously worked at Sainsbury's, no words. A racist and rude always makes people inconvenience, They should fire him for treating customers this way. He did not want to accept the prescription from a private doctor, claming that it was not written correctly. no other pharmacy in Harlow had this problem (and I visited several due to the lack of one medicine) . I do not recommend it!!!

Rude staffI visited a couple weeks ago to inquire about some advice. The staff member who was helping ( he was bald and i didnt get his name) was very rude and spoke to me in a condescending tone. He would cut me off abruptly and walk away and then return later and still ignore me instead of doing his job.

Honestly would not recommend going here based on the lack of competence from certain staff.I was served by a pharmacist (named Atil) who was being loud and unpleasant the entire time. He was talking so much that he made a mistake with the labelling of my medication, which is such an amateur and detrimental mistake for someone who is not a trainee.My medication is not something that I would want to be handled by someone who is careless and rude. Overall, it was a bad experience and would not want to go again if it means being served by him.

The best pharmacy in Harlow, very friendly staff and was very impressed with the pharmacist Noor today. He took extra care of me as I was very stressed because I had ran out of my medication. He gave me an emergency supply and honestly I am very grateful for the service he provided. I definitely will be coming back!
