Visited the store for a 30 minute class with Fiona. Cannot recommend enough! Fiona was amazing, so kind and helpful. She engaged with the children throughout to keep them engaged. Will definitely be booking another class!

It's always busy when I go there, but their only issue is they are not big enough to carry multiple choices of the same item. I went there for a specific display book. They had some but not what I needed. Great store, though. I usually feel like a kid in a candy store when I visit. SO MUCH FUN!!!

It ok. It's good to have a shop like this one in Harlow. The service is friendly, although the shop looks a bit messy.

Most staff are quite miserable. To get any help, it's like a needle in a haystack!For the odd thing, it's a good shop, but I wouldn't shop there every day, way too expensive.
