Even when extremely busy the staff and pharmacist are always ready with a welcoming smile always polite. They are very happy to help with most questions and overall do a wonderfully job

Staff were friendly (Anita) but they all are. Shop was busy as people are now seeing Pharmacist as you will never get to see a GP next door. Waited for approx 5 minutes to get my prescriptions but hey, it was raining outside. Been using them for years.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but there is something with this pharmacy that isn't working the way it should.Regardless if I've requested a repeat over the phone or in person, when I had to pick up my meds, every time in the last 3 months I had to return back home empty handed as something had happened - delivery not made as someone forgot to pick up the order, or medication not in store when it definitely was, medication couldn't be located in store as someone placed it where it shouldn't, lack of communication from GP or other external services, etcTired entirely of the competency of staff working in this place.

If I could give no stars I would , husband sat waiting for 40 mins for a collection ! No one called his name ! This has happened twice now!! The lady who has her cardi over her shoulders is so rude . No compassion and just rude !!

Their service is zero irresponsible staff.Last night the doctor sent me to them with a high blood pressure problem.Here is the message the doctor sent me:Dear Miss Sa?,Your BP is too high and we would like you to have a BP monitor for 24 hours. Please go to Metwest pharmacy next to the surgery, show them this text message and they will arrange to check your BP for you and fit you with a 24 hour BP monitor if appropriate. This is important to check you need no treatment or further treatment for your BP.Kind Regards, Dr F??Lister Medical CentreI showed the lady in this pharmacy , on which she wrote my phone number on a piece of paper, she said that she would call me for an appointment.They haven't called since.I ask, if I have a stroke in my sleep at night, whose responsibility is it?Will this nice lady take responsibility?For this lady As a person working in a pharmacy, she must to know that fluctuating blood pressure is more dangerous than constantly high blood pressure!The doctor sent me there to put a 24-hour monitor on me, not to give me a phone number that is already in their system!It's disgusting that they don't do their job properly, because a phone number that she scribbles on a piece of paper, after half an hour she doesn't even know who it belongs to or what she has it for.

Dreadful service. They try to charge more than 50% over the price displayed on the ticket on the shelf.When you challenge this, they claim it's an unfortunate error on the display and you have to pay the price entered in their system.After pointing out that the law requires them to honour the price on the display regardless of whether it's a genuine error or not, they eventually, and extremely reluctantly backed down, perhaps because I was prepared to point out their fraudulent practices to the extremely large crowd of people waiting an eternity for their prescriptions.I would say avoid at all costs, but unfortunately it looks like you have little choice in this area, and they seem to know it by hoping you won't notice every time they try to overcharge youOh, and even the price advertised on the shelf is significantly higher than that charged by most other retailers even before they try and add their 50% mark-up...

Been using this pharmacy for years. No issues and always go out of their way to help and call back. For me personally, would recommend them to anyone, even when they're busy with difficult people, they still find time to help me.

A fantastic pharmacy which has served the community exceptionally well. All staff members are incredibly helpful and have a wealth of knowledge.Particularly impressed with management and how efficient they are, you can see they go the extra mile for patients.Couldn't recommend Metwest highly enough.

very friendly willing to go the extra mile to help you, excellent service telephone service available so you can just find out if prescriptions are ready if they are arrived then pick up prescriptions up hardly any waiting. also provide medical advice.

Friendly , they will try to help you best they can. Need better sign let others know where to queue , where to wait. I always see people ask "are you in the queue"
