Cannot praise this shop enough. Margaret, Chantelle have been amazing. I purchased a hand reared conure from them, from day 1 very informative, time taken to explain everything. Pictures and videos sent of my feather baby to show progress. And my lil pickle is amazing. Instantly wanting my full attention. Snuggling, playing. Cannot thank them enough.Please visit the shop for all animal needs, and any information you may need. They have a great stock of items for all animals, and very reasonably priced. They also offer animal board ( small animals I think). Definitely worth a visit. Plus to see their livestock, which are always in clean cages/aviaries.Keep doing what you do! I'll see you soon for more parrot bits. ?

My wife and I went to pets XTRA after a few messages back and fourth regarding parrotlets. Upon visiting pets XTRA the lady is clearly very knowledgeable and the birds are in a very healthy condition. The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this business all day long. Thanks for 2 lovely birdies.

Bought bird food from them and a couple days later there are maggot like parasites in the food and the food had clumped together, will not be shopping there again extremely disgusted by it , just in a hope my birds will be okay
