Nice banking premises, very spacious ideal for wheelchairs, mobility scooters and children's buggies. Always found the staff to friendly and very helpful and security conscious. Two cash machines outside the bank and two inside which provide a little more privacy and a member of staff is usually around if you encounter any problems.

Went there on 2 occasions both times I got very frustrated with the staff as they constantly tried to belittle me. The reason I have taken the time to write a review is because I booked an appointment and waited 2 weeks to have a conversion with Jane Green where she was completely unhelpful and tried to claim that there was a fault on my part and a problem with my phone /email and I definitely should have gotten a letter in the post but I supposedly lost that too. I came home and got some help from the online website and sorted out the problem in an hour. I just feel it is important I state this because I am coming to a bank to talk to a banker to be more informed about the situation as I was obviously oblivious to the problem!

Used branch services here a few times. Always quick service. The cash counter provides one stop service for different kinds of transactions.

Staff (mainly) very friendly and helpful - best Bank - so glad I changed two years ago. Just hope they keep up the service!

I have tried on numerous occasions to call the Harlow branch to discuss my mortgage with them but to no avail. It's impossible to do this as they have options numbers to press for Banking, lost or stolen, etc etc but no option for mortgages. I also wanted to confirm an appointment I have with them and this too was impossible so, all in all I am very disappointed with this aspect. Other than this infuriating problem, the staff are extremely helpful and polite.
