Very poor service and very disappointed!My sofa arrived with a tear in the fabric, still waiting 8 weeks after delivery for this to be repaired. Only to find out a few days later my footstool is damaged also, repair was carried out but, wood completely split. Feel like the poor quality product and could happen again.Offered a refund on delivery charge which has taken 2 weeks to process and still no refund.Lies and lies over the phone, no real clear information of when I will receive my refund. Would no recommend been a nightmare from start to finish!

We went to buy new settees and Kim looked after us very well and explained all our options and we decided on our choice,Kim had only been there 2 weeks but you wouldnt of know that by the way she looked after us.

Brought a sofa from CSCS four years ago very disappointed falling apart won?t go there ever again got no help with them or refund and I had someone, and had to pay £70 just to tell me where in tear will it rain wear and tear adversities DFS, which ever ask me 8 to 10 years

Lovely team at the Harlow Branch, nice and friendly.Brought Carpet from this branch. Waited 2 weeks for it to be fitted. Fitters did a brilliant job.Great quality, reasonable price for stair carpet.I will be going back to get new flooring for my hallway.

Over the time of 1 week we went here twice, but firstly for a 2 seater electric ? recliner settee. We got all the info from one salesman, Elliott, with the statement " if you buy this settee, we can give you a good deal on a carpet also"!!We went home & worked things through, then went back to discuss both settee & carpet prices & possible purchases, but this time a different salesman, Aaron, due to time off.Both salesmen were very helpful, knowledgeable & understanding.We went through the whole requirements & time scale & was very satisfied with the whole process.We can't wait for the purchases to be delivered/fitted.We would recommend this establishment to all.

Very polite when wanting you to order but unfortunately once you have paid they don't give a dam. They use cowboy fitters that don't care about the customers and leave all there rubbish behind and its left in a mess. I am disabled and they left us unable to close the toilet door, I have no privacy. I'm so upset about this situation they have left us in. I would definitely NOT reccomend them. You are very welcome for my very honest 1* review,, so out of everything I complained about that is all you have . Nothing about allThe the mistakes they made and leaving us all over Christmas with unfinished carpet and a bathroom door not being able to close. They were cowboys and the shop staff wasn't much better. Good luck with your luck of customer service skills. It only took you 3 years to reply.

Absolutely fantastic service. We went shopping for a sofa today with very specific needs, following my father in laws spinal surgery. Claire was extremely knowledgeful, compassionate and attentive. She listened to what we needed and helped us choose the perfect sofa for us. We felt valued as people and not just a sale to be made. Thank you for your time and care Claire!

Shopping here is a very very bad idea. The salesperson I spoke to was rude to me and my wife. The sofas are also very overpriced (and ontop of that, the sales-people try to encourage you to get into lengthy contracts for years.
