At 10am today they apparently had the use of only one screen. There were 4 other screens behind the blinds but they said staff on these were too busy doing admin to help the 3 customers waiting. We waited so long we had to leave without getting service.

Rubbish bank terrible customer service sending statements to the wrong address still waiting 10 days later the ladies attitude was terrible expected us to call at our previous address which we had changed 7 months before hand like we could go and call at some random person's house expect them to be in and to give us that paper work.. That private and confidential paper work that they had posted to a random address for someone we don't know to read?
I'm sure they broke many rules in this transaction but no point in going higher up as nothing will be done about it!
