Waited 10 mins to be served, nothing. Went inside to order to be told that I would be served. Waited another 10 minutes and nothing so left. Seems like they didn’t want my money and couldn’t organise a p*++up in a brewery. Won’t be returning

Lovely quaint Tearoom in TERLING village. Tea served in lovely china . Lovely menu. Will definitely go again. Good prices.

Small café, lots of outdoor seating. Prompt service, clean toilet. Excellent scone with cream, tasty coffee. Nice location. Even a proper bikestand

Owl’s Hill Tearoom is a cosy, welcoming tearoom in the heart of the pretty Essex village of Terling. The tearoom is both dog and family friendly with indoor and outdoor seating available and for cyclists we have padlocks, puncture repair kits and a pump for use during a visit.
