I’m sure her name begins with an S…SO So helpful and put up with my endless calls, to try and get my prescription sorted which was taking the surgery forever to authorise!!! She was so patient with me and I’m sure must have cursed me when it finally got authorised 15 mins before closing time! Can’t thank you enough, as I was in a lot of discomfort & really needing to start my antibiotics asap! Thanks so much!”
