Provided generic brand anti seizure meds despite saying they were branded. Resulting in seizures.Been again for different meds, generic again, these guys are ripping you off. Generics cost less than the cost of the prescription.

The lovely young lady I spoke to (kept pestering - sorry) on the phone was absolutely fantastic. I?m sure her name begins with an S?SO So helpful and put up with my endless calls, to try and get my prescription sorted which was taking the surgery forever to authorise!!! She was so patient with me and I?m sure must have cursed me when it finally got authorised 15 mins before closing time! Can?t thank you enough, as I was in a lot of discomfort & really needing to start my antibiotics asap! Thanks so much!

My son had been very ill for 6 weeks and despite speaking to 3 doctors and a consultant we had no diagnosis let alone treatment. I phoned to speak to the pharmacist one weekend, they listened to the details and correctly ascertained the cause of the problem. They recommended over the counter medication which worked and by the following day he felt so much better. We then saw another GP who said that we had done all the detective work for him and the fact that the medication had worked was very significant. This lead to my son being referred to an ENT consultant who has been able to treat the problem. We are extremely grateful to the pharmacist who was able to achieve what 4 doctors could not.
