A very nice man called Mike helped me take all the caps off the tyres and use the machine correctly. He explained that my back tyre was very low and could possibly be a slow puncture. He was so nice when I really didn?t have a clue what I was doing. Thank you Mike! No one had to help me and he chose to.

my car was damaged by someone and i have been in touch multiple times with their customer service to get the cctv/investigation sorted but these people are terrible and never get back to anybody, the manager even tried to argue with me and not let me talk.I now have to get the police involved. Horrible experience, its sad knowing your car cant be safe for the 2-3 mins you park here for. I'll never use a BP station ever again and will tell my 100,000 followers the exact same thing. Nobody wants to have their car damaged and then an investigation neglected like this.

Went to the car wash today, that I recommended to a great lady, to wash her car using the car wash, paid for the premium top wash if does, has a good experience setting in thought out the wash, but disappointed with the finishing product. Still had dirt around window seals and mirrors, still had the leafs over back window and front, overall finish for wax and shine was atrocious. Should have got a full refund.

Not sure the opening hours for the car wash, but just been at 21.45 and it was open apart from a staff member blue bmw parked inside, clearly just washed and he coming out telling me it's close? Maybe put some cones at the entrance if that's the case to inform customers.

This bp has the most disgusting toilet facilities in loughton possibly even whole of london! I sadly have to frequent this place and now been 5 days running the toilets have no hand soap which is bad enough but given the current situation with covid makes this place a health hazzard
