“My appointment, as usual was very friendly and had a thorough eye exam for my 2 yearly check ups. Had a lovely chat with the examiner who was very helpful and easy to understand what he was saying!! And chose my new frames too!!I'm very happy and felt at ease before the check ups, which was thorough and explained to me before each test and what it was for.So thank you everyone at Vision Express @Loughton!!I look forward to collecting me new prescription glasses and frames too!!”

My contact lens had split and I didn't have any spares with me. The lady on reception arranged for me to see an opthalmologist straight away who sorted me out with a few pairs of daily disposables, checked my eyes over and didn't even charge me.
