I usually purchase from some high-end vitamin brands as I hear that they are the best, but the person I was with was popping into Holland and Barrett so I thought why not check it out in there.The staff were very helpful because I was feeling a little anxious as to what I should be buying, and they helped me choose the right products.When I was paying, I was advised that there was a deal on and I could pick up something else for free, which saved me £20 and I greatly appreciated this as it is a sign that not only the staff, but the brand is trustworthy and can be relied upon.I cannot remember the name of the lovely lady that helped, and I believe she was also in the process of training, a new member of staff who was eager to learn, and they both juggled serving the customers and training very well.Thank you!”
