I had a great back and neck massage from Louise and would happily recommend Mode to my friends and family.Although primarily catering for the ladies, there are a number of excellent treatments that are also available for us men, so don't be shy and give Mode a try!My mum recommends the Manicures and Pedicures.

I would never use this place again! Awful! Not sure who are giving these good reviews! Had a pedicure on 02/07/19, I advised them that I had a gift voucher first and wonder if that was the reason for this shockingly poor service....I pre-booked a pedicure £25 this says it includes a leg and foot massage (that is laughable) I also asked if they could paint with gel polish, I was quoted £40...great I thought.They have a bed that you lay on in the main shop area,I had to bend my knees up like I was in a labour position, I was wearing a dress so was given a towel to cover my underwear! This kept slipping so my backside was in full view should anyone be looking in the window, I spent most of the time (which was not relaxing at all) trying to stop the towel moving.Once laying on my back, what I can only describe as a washing up bowl was placed on the bed at the same height as my body, my feet were placed in the bowl.To shorten this up as this post will be extremely long..Your tray by the side of the bed that has beauty stuff on is filthy!I did not receive a foot or leg massage, which you falsely advertise....if you call a gentle rub of cream around the front of my foot and leg (no the cream did not even reach my calf!!) a massage then you dont have a clue!There was no cuticle oil used.I find it rather rude too that the staff talk to other members of staff in the shop whilst they are treating you.....again not relaxing at all.I was speechless when I was told I was done.....my experience which I was looking forward to (a bit of Mum pampering) was disappointing to say the least!!For £25 I could have had a great pedicure, in a relaxing massaging chair, with a much better foot and leg massage and gel paint in Queens Rd Buckhurst Hill..The 1 star was for the eyebrow dye which was good however almost twice the price of elsewhere.**note to others this store is over priced and over rated...avoid
