“At present with lockdown roads a little quieter. This makes getting to sorting office easier as where it is located getting by the retail park can take time. Post not coming every day due to staffing and Covid-19 not good but Royal Mail doing its best!”

“Steve, Haroon, Meena, Harsha and Leanne, they always do their best and they have even exceeded their responsibilities. They have even been nice to me even when I’ve ran into them in the streets, and they have no obligation to be nice to customers out of the office. Steve even took my package to the post office while I was walking my dog because I had full hands. That’s someone who cares about people, not just a job. I only have good words for the team. They look after me and my business shippings, they’re friendly and care about their customers.I don’t know why people are writing negative comments about the post office team. You receive what you give.
