Lunch there was virtually inedible, sent it back once, and then gave up and just ate most of the veg. I have never seen such a filthy carpet.

We waited an hour and ten minutes for the food. The lady who served us was very rude and abrupt. We were also not told what items were not available on the menu until we were about to order. She then got annoyed when one of us had to choose again. The food was ok but for the price I would expect much better and more friendly... read full comment
A charming character Greene King public house recently changed owners, situated just off the A12, with a separate dog friendly public bar showing sky sports. Seafood based restaurant supplied by our very own fishmongers as well as classic Sunday roasts. Bundles of outside space prefect for private functions, with ample parking. Offering a great selection of cask Ales, wine and champagne.
